WAY TO DO IT
Den Kürbis aushölen und das Kürbisfleisch mit klein gehackten Zwiebeln in einem Topf anbraten. Mit heißer Brühe ablöschen und darin 20 Minuten kochen. Mit Gewürzen, z.B. Curry und Cheyenpfeffer, abschmecken. Alles mit einem Rührstab pürrieren und etwas Sahne hinzufügen. Zum Servieren ein paar Mandelblätter dazu geben.

Cut out the pumpkin and sear the pumpkin flesh with a small chopped onion in a pan. Doused with hot broth and cook it 20 minutes. Season to taste with spices, e.g. Curry and Cheyenpfeffer. Puree everything with a rod and add a little cream. For serving add a few almondleaves on it.
